Season 2 is back from winter break with this brand new inspiring episode! You’ll meet Lauren Cadillac, aka the Feel Good Dietitian, a Manhattan-based Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. After earning her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University and completing her dietetic internship through The College of Saint Elizabeth. Towards the end of 2015, she decided to fuse her love for nutrition and passion for fitness to become a Certified Personal Trainer. Since then, her expertise has been featured in O Magazine, Women’s Health, Shape, the New York Post, Elite Daily, Insider, and Popsugar Fitness.

During this interview, we’ll learn more about Lauren’s personal journey with wellness including how she overcame her own struggles with unhealthy dieting and exercise. She also coaches us on how to make peace with food, foster self-compassion, make positive changes to prioritize our health, and regain trust in our bodies.
